To set up your appointment. 

You will get a MUCH faster response if you call/text me. Please leave a voicemail if I don't answer, if my voicemail is full please leave me a text. Make sure to leave your information: Full name of signers, address of signers, address for meet-up, documents to be signed (and sent to my phone or email for accurate pricing), services needed (document creation, printing, mailing, scanning, other concierge services, etc.). and a copy of your ID sent via text to my phone and the other signers.

2. Appointment set up: You can pay via credit card prior to the appointment (but you will not be refunded if you cancel. You will only be given the option to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. If you made your appointment in less than 24 hours prior to notarization you will not be refunded due to my time and fitting you into my schedule on such short notice - if this is the case you need to pay again for your appointment). You can wait to pay for your appointment upon arrival, however, if you cancel you will still be charged for the services as mentioned and will be invoiced. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours of the appointment date/time you will be reported on for Theft of Services. Appointments are made SOLID, date/time/location - there are no surprises for either party. You will be charged $1 for each minute you are late and I reserve the right to be up to 15 minutes late, due to previous notaries running over. After which point, I reserve the right to either reschedule without payment or to discount your services by $1 per minute, up to 30 minutes (-15, so $15 total) if I am still able to make the appointment. 

3. During our appointment: You will be expected to sign/fingerprint my notary book and have your documents ready. If your document are not ready, and you are not able to produce your documents within 20 minutes of the appointment time you will be charged without refund and will need to pay again prior to rescheduling. 

4. I will notarize your documents and stamp them with my Jurat/Acknowledgement stamp if there's not a place to notarize. 

5. If you received a discount for a 5 star review, you must submit the review prior to me leaving. If you refuse, or say you submitted and it does not show up on my end I will charge you for the discounted services via emailed invoice or direct payment link texted to your cellphone and you will be reported on for Theft of Services if you do not pay it within 24 hours of your appointment time. 

6. You will receive 10% off your next notary if you did not leave a 5 star review with discount or a 15% off your next service if you did leave a 5 star review. 

I am the top rated mobile and online notary in Wyoming, even though I only serve Natrona County at this time (although I am looking into hiring across the state - please email or call me if you live outside Natrona County, are a certified Notary Public and are interested in working for my company). That is because I provide fair and accurate service and always provide free service for mistakes made by you or by me, according to my availability as an act of courtesy.
