Scheduling Notary Services
This is how the notary process works...
I will need a copy of your photo Identification. This can be a driver's license, state ID or Passport.
I will need to know what I am signing. Please elaborate on the contents of the document and don't be surprised if I also look through the document so that I can make sure it's something I'm legally allowed to sign.
Although I offer online notary service, I cannot notarize a title to a vehicle online this will need to be done in person.
Once I have your document(s) I will hold onto them for a moment and complete an entry in my "Complete Notary Record Book" which you will sign, along with a witness - if one is present, they will also put their name and address and I will need to see their ID.
You will fingerprint my "Complete Notary Record Book" with your right thumb.
You will pay for your services - $10.00 per document, and $10.00 per signature. Sometimes I have to add a notarization page if there is no section for a notary, this is an extra $10.00. But I will notarize the document you brought regardless, you will need this other document due to it's officialism.
You wills sign your document in front of me and I will also sign, date and stamp my portion after witnessing you sign. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN OR DATE PRIOR TO MEETING WITH ME - I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO NOTARIZE YOUR DOCUMENT.
If you've chosen to do online services, the only difference is that you will send your documents to my email kayesmobilenotaryservice@gmail.com along with a copy of your ID, front and back and a selfie.
We will hop on a Zoom Meeting, my Room ID is 226 765 5603 and the password is Notary.

We will meet over Zoom, I will review the documents that you emailed to me, upload them to Sign Now and enter all of the text and signature fields (this does take a few minutes), and then send them back to you fill out and sign/date.
Once I receive the files back I will stamp them with my online stamp and sign/date the documents. This is just as legal as an in person notary, and holds up the same in any court of law.
I will collect what you owe before I notarize on my end using Stripe, I will send you an invoice to your email, which must be paid before I notarize my section.
Once I have notarized the document, I will email you a receipt and add you to my "Complete Notary Record Book" as an online notary.
I can also mail you hand written receipt at no extra charge.
Things I do charge extra for:
Providing/creating documents that you need signed and notarized. For example, a bill of sale, statement of ownership, etc. Anything that you would like me to type up and put the official notary at the bottom is a $5 fee per document.
If you need me to print, envelope and deliver documents emailed to me there is a $50 fee,on top of the notary fee - if notary is needed.
Your documents will be delivered in the time frame you specify as long as I don't have prior arrangements at that time.
Taking photos of your home, vehicle or something else is a $25 fee, texting them to a company on your behalf (i.e. you're selling something and need a 3rd party to take and send the photos) there will be a $50 fee on top of the photo fee and notarization fee, if notary is needed.
I offer "Concierge Services" so if there's something else you can dream up that you need done, we will work together on pricing.
I offer a 10% discount for repeat customers and a 15% discount for repeat customers who left a 5 star review.
If you're having to come from over 20 miles to meet me, and can't notarize online - I will take $10.00 off of your notary fee.
I do not leave Natrona County to mobily notarize.
